User-Defined Functions
As well as its ability to evaluate arbitrarily complicated expressions, which
can include variables and constants
as well as a large range of pre-defined functions, UltimaCalc also provides a
facility for users to define their own functions. This is done by selecting the
menu item View / Variables and doing a right click inside the window that
appears. A menu will pop up to give relevant options.
Choose whether to define a new function or edit an existing one. A new window will open to allow you to enter the function text.
User-defined functions are saved along with user-defined variables and constants in a plain text file of your choosing.
